We hope you love your Scent & Story fragrance. Because fragrance is a personal product and each of our perfumes is hand-blended in small batches, all fragrance purchases are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you are discovering Scent & Story for the first time, we encourage you to begin with our Discovery Set, which allows you to experience the fragrances on your skin before choosing a full-size bottle.

Of course, we want your order to arrive exactly as it should. If your fragrance arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly after delivery and we will be happy to make it right.
